EFT is known to do in days, weeks, or months what traditional therapy takes decades to do, if at all.

What is EFT?

EFT is an acronym for Emotional Freedom Technique. There are actually two versions of EFT now, EFT tapping and Optimal EFT.

EFT tapping is what most people are familiar with. It’s thought of as the emotional version of acupuncture, except instead of needles, the fingertips are used to tap on areas of the head and upper body, while focusing on issues you want to resolve.

Optimal EFT, or OEFT, is a newer, even more powerful version of EFT. It involves inviting the infinite healer within, love, God, Universe, Source, Gaia, or whatever name you call this divine energy, and ask her to resolve the issues at hand. Gary Craig, the founder of EFT has named this infinite healer "The Unseen Therapist". 

What can EFT help with?

Eft is very effective at helping with stress and anxiety, fear and phobias, grief, trauma, depression, low self-esteem, addiction, anger and resentment, physical pain, and physical dis-ease.

 I’m currently practicing EFT for my full certification with the Gary Craig Official EFT Training program and will temporarily be offering discounted sessions to those who are interested in emotional healing.
